The Role
As a Marketing Business Partner, you will collaborate with service leaders to shape how programs connect with communities in a way that is accessible, respectful and effective.
This role brings together strategic thinking, creativity and analysis to support informed decision-making and meaningful engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with service areas to design and deliver targeted, audience-informed marketing strategies
Leading integrated campaigns across digital, print and social media
Using data, insights and engagement metrics to guide decisions and optimise outcomes
Strengthening Youturn’s brand, visibility and trust within the community
Aligning marketing activity with community needs, service priorities and measurable impact
