The Role

As a Marketing Business Partner, you will collaborate with service leaders to shape how programs connect with communities in a way that is accessible, respectful and effective.

This role brings together strategic thinking, creativity and analysis to support informed decision-making and meaningful engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with service areas to design and deliver targeted, audience-informed marketing strategies
  • Leading integrated campaigns across digital, print and social media
  • Using data, insights and engagement metrics to guide decisions and optimise outcomes
  • Strengthening Youturn’s brand, visibility and trust within the community
  • Aligning marketing activity with community needs, service priorities and measurable impact

What You Bring

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or related
  • Graphic Design is desirable

Experience

Proven experience in:

  • Strategic marketing or business partnering roles
  • Developing and delivering integrated campaigns
  • Using data and insights to inform decisions

Strong capability in:

  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing
  • Translating strategy into practical, high-impact campaigns
  • Experience in mental health, community services, health or NFP sectors (highly regarded)
