Job Description
This is a rewarding leadership opportunity that supports young people aged 15-25 to achieve their employment, education and training goals while navigating mental health challenges. The IPS Supervisor provides leadership, coaching and support to the IPS team, while maintaining a small caseload and building strong partnerships with employers, education providers and community stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities for young people.

Have experience leading, coaching or mentoring others.
Build strong relationships with young people, community partners, employers and stakeholders.
Bring experience in youth services, employment services, community services, mental health or related fields.
Have relevant qualifications, skills and experience that support a person-centred, strengths-based and recovery-focused approach.
