Job Description
This role is all about helping young people realise their potential. Working as part of the headspace team, the IPS Vocational Specialist supports young people experiencing mental health challenges to achieve their employment and education goals through a person-centred, strengths-based approach. The role brings together vocational support, community engagement and collaborative care to help young people build meaningful futures through work and study.

Are passionate about supporting young people to achieve their education, training and employment goals.
Build strong relationships with young people, employers, education providers and community stakeholders.
Bring experience in employment services, youth work, community services, mental health or related fields.
Have relevant qualifications, skills and experience that support a person-centred and recovery-focused approach.
Enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for young people.
