This is a unique role that combines lived experience with practical support, helping young people build confidence and work towards their employment, education and study goals. Drawing on personal lived or living experience of mental health challenges and recovery, the IPS Vocational Peer Worker works alongside young people to foster hope, self-determination and belief in what is possible for their future.
