We’re seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our small but highly capable IT team. In this role, you’ll provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve hardware and software problems, all while delivering exceptional customer service to our national teams.
What you’ll do
Provide responsive and effective technical support through our ticketing system, phone, or onsite visits
Manage and maintain Microsoft Modern Workplace tools, including
SharePoint Online: page and site management
Entra ID (formerly Azure AD): user and license administration
Intune: Windows and mobile device management, Autopilot, configuration policies, and application packaging
Exchange Online: group and user management via UI and PowerShell
Leverage Dynamic Groups to automate processes and enforce strong security practices. Done once, done right
Act as a Knowledge Base Champion by maintaining clear and up-to-date internal and external documentation
Apply sound backup and networking best practices during technical implementation
Continuously learn and adapt. If something’s unfamiliar, you’re not afraid to dig into the docs or manuals to figure it out.
Understand and use most IT acronyms with ease
Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll bring:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ITIL and ITSM frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and a user-first mindset.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to technical challenges.
• A passion for learning and sharing knowledge with the team.
Other Requirements
Successful applicants will also need to hold a ‘C’ class Open driver licence, State Working with Children Check and hold, or be eligible to apply for
