We're now seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide leadership and clinical excellence within our Youth Enhanced Services (YES) Adelaide team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior clinician who is passionate about youth mental health and wants to combine direct client work with clinical leadership, supervision and service development.
As the Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical oversight, leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team delivering services to young people aged 12-25 years experiencing complex mental health challenges. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining a youth-friendly, trauma-informed and family-centred approach.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Providing clinical leadership, supervision and mentoring to clinicians and students.
Managing complex clinical presentations and supporting risk assessment and care planning.
Overseeing referral, triage and intake processes.
Delivering evidence-based interventions and therapeutic support to young people.
Supporting continuous improvement, quality assurance and clinical governance activities.
Collaborating with families, carers, community services and key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for young people.

About You
We're looking for an experienced clinician who brings both strong clinical capability and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people.
Essential Qualifications
You will hold:
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Nursing.
Current registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Endorsed Nurse, or Mental Health Accreditation with AASW.
Current Driver's Licence.
Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).
Relevant employment screening clearances required to work with young people.
Essential Experience & Skills
You will demonstrate:
Significant experience working within youth mental health and/or alcohol and other drug services.
Strong knowledge of contemporary youth mental health practice and evidence-based interventions.
Experience conducting comprehensive assessments, clinical triage and risk assessments, including suicide and self-harm risk.
Proven ability to deliver therapeutic interventions and treatment planning for young people and their families.
A strong understanding of trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and client-centred models of care.
Experience leading, mentoring or supervising clinicians within a multidisciplinary environment.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young people, families, stakeholders and community partners.
Sound clinical judgement and the ability to manage complex and high-risk presentations.
